These are nine-month fellowships for both US and international journalists at Harvard. You need to send the following to apply: two essays; a professional profile and study proposal summary; work samples; and three letters of recommendation. The deadline for journalists who are non-US citizens, including for those who are working in the US, is in December and for US citizens, it is in January.
