Tolka is “a biannual literary journal of non-fiction: publishing essays, reportage, travel writing, auto-fiction, individual stories and the writing that flows in between.” They’re open for submissions. They publish work by both Irish and international writers. Their guideline word count for work is 1,000 to 3,000 words. They offer a flat fee of ‎‎€600.
