“We're interested in reported stories, investigations, accountability journalism, and deeply reported features that reveal the human impact of military service, war, and national security policy.

That could mean a story about a veteran navigating a broken system. A military family carrying an invisible burden. A policy decision whose consequences are being felt far from Washington. Or an institution that deserves closer scrutiny.”
