supplement to the weekend edition of the Financial Times newspaper.” Their food
and drink editor is commissioning: “Do you currently work in hospitality, doing
a job that rarely gets written about? (KP, delivery driver, recipe tester,
health and safety inspector?!) I'm looking to commission more 'Insider's
