submission periods. “No subject should be considered off-limits, and we
encourage writers to take chances with their fiction and push the envelope.” They
are open now for BIPOC-only submissions – for flash fiction, short stories,
poetry, and nonfiction; and later, for a brief period, for general submissions
from all writers – flash fiction, poetry, and nonfiction, according to their
submission portal. Please see the time zones/times for the open and close
period on their portal. Do not send them work previously rejected by Lightspeed
or Fantasy magazines. They do not accept reprints.
