Inside Publications publishes “four ‘hyperlocal’ community newspapers (Inside East Sacramento, Inside Land Park, Inside Arden, and Inside Pocket).” They welcome queries from Sacramento-based writers. They are interested in feature stories about the people, places and events in their “readership areas (East Sacramento, Arden, Carmichael, Land Park, Pocket, etc.).” They do not publish articles about state, national or global issues.
