Activities Guide of Maine is a regional magazine for the state. They cover outdoor activities, beer, and race events. They are published 3 times a year.  They're looking for original voices and angles that illustrate experiences that inspire people to try new adventures around Maine, as well as articles and features on interesting places and a spotlight on outdoor businesses/owners who have a meaningful impact on their customers. They previously indicated to pay $250 to $400 for feature articles and $100 for shorter pieces, but current rates are unclear. To learn more, refer to their submission guidelines.
