Proceedings is the flagship of the U.S. Naval Institute and provides an independent forum for discussion on professional topics of interest to the Sea Services. They publish feature articles (2,500-word maximum), columns (word count vary), comment and discussion (500-word maximum), professional notes (1,000-word maximum), and book reviews (650-word maximum).
