“I'm looking for stories on climate litigation from around the world. These could be a deep-dive into a particular lawsuit or protagonist, a climate litigation trend or an exploration of what's happening in climate law in a particular country. They could even explore why climate litigation ISN'T taking off in a particular field or jurisdiction.

I'm particularly interested in pitches from the Global South and places that have not been covered well, although if you have a strong and novel idea elsewhere do send it over. If you haven't written about this specific subject before please do send over links demonstrating that you can report on complex policy/legal topics in an accurate and clear way.”
